Browsing file

In browsing window click tool -button to see files basic functions:

1. File can be opened in bigger preview, it can be selectet for other actions, it can be downloaded or can be moved to trash.

2. File's location in hierarchy and on collections and shared folders.

3. You can copu the files URL if it is located in public (pub) -folder.

File preview

1. File options: Edit metadata, add comments, add tags, make new versions or download file.

2. Browse files in preview -mode, select or deselect them.

File Naming

The file is by default the file name where the file was originally importerd to the studio.

The file must have the valid filename extension (.jpg, .xlx, .pdf, etc). Extension must not be removed or changed.

Changing the name:

From the File Info, move the pointer over the file name and type a new name.

Changing the file name may be affected file is displayed is on the web. If the file is linked with Stage's editor tool usually the Stage can change the reource address in website.

If the file has been referred to either a direct address or elsewhere on the Web, so it is possible that the file is no longer visible.
