The content databases are handy for managing the products and news articles displayed on the page. Usually, the data associated with a product include the product's name, a description of the product, detailed information and an image of the product. The contents of an entry in a news database often include a title, an introduction, the text body, publishing date and possibly an image.

The content databases are maintained under the Databases header in the page tree.

1. To go to the product database, click on the Products database under the Databases header.

This is where all the product information is maintained centrally. You can change the order in which the rows in the database are displayed by clicking on a table header. You can choose between a list view and grid view in the View menu. You can find the common database management tools in the upper part of the view.

2. To see the product data, click on a row in the listing.
